Biltmore Fashion Park Monumentation

Design Workshop partnered with Nelsen Partners Architects on the renovation of the Biltmore Fashion Park in Phoenix, Arizona. The renovation introduced a fresh, contemporary and sophisticated new style to the center and the neighboring area. The design is accented by unique outdoor spaces, refining the center's classic charm and elegance through a redesigned streetscape and improvements to the center's existing landscaping and lighting. The monument sign design is an extension of the new park-inspired design concept for the center. The monuments utilize highly refined materials including polished granite with a sandblasted pattern and stainless steel letters. A comprehensive and updated Retail Tenant Storefront and Sign Criteria Manual is also included.
