Client: UNLV and Commercial Development and Management Corporation

A place where business and technology unite, the UNLV Harry Reid Research and Technology Park is a 122-acre business park with 3.5 million square feet of office space. Design Workshop was retained to design the entry landscape and project entry identification monuments for the first phase of development. The entry gateway consists of two refined red sandstone walls parallel to Sunset Road. The UNLV logo intersects the wall on the left while Research and Technology Park is identified on a perpendicular steel blade on the right.
